exclusively for our residents.

and kindly let us know if you are not able to attend.
Drop-ins are accepted if spots are available 5 minutes before class starts.
Time: Every Thursday 10am to 11:30am
Location: Health Club 4th floor.
What to bring: You need to bring your own mat, and suggested basic Yoga equipment:
- Non skid mat (as thin as possible )
- Cotton strap with buckle
- Cotton blanket ( firm )
- 2 blocks ( wood, cork or firm foam)
You will be required to sign a waiver for the class before participating.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign your waiver and settle into your spot.
