Fire Alarm Protocol:
On hearing an alarm tone in a common/public area, immediately evacuate the building. In the event of a fire alarm and evacuation, do not return to your apartment until the Concierge has advised that it is safe to do so.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH EMERGENCY ESCAPE ROUTES, STAIRS, AND EXITS.
If you call for first responders to come to your unit, call the concierge to ask them to direct the units to your suite and let them into your building.
